ATTENTION PENTWATER TOWNSHIP TAXPAYERS
After March 1st, the Pentwater Township Treasurer's Office is not responsible for collecting taxes for 2021 and prior tax years. Taxes for 2021 and prior tax years must be paid to the Oceana County Treasurers Office. Please contact them at (231) 873-3980 for amount due including penalty and interest.
Property taxes can be paid at the Township Office (July 1 - February 14), placed in the drop box located adjacent to the entrance, mailed to the Township at P.O. Box 505, Pentwater, MI 49449, or paid online (available July 1st-February 14th).

FCC offering The FCC Affordable Connectivity Program to eligible applicants.
-Helping households connect.
Those eligible for the program include, among others, anyone who experienced a substantial loss of income in 2020, those who qualify for SNAP benefits or the free and reduced school lunch programs, and households with incomes at or below 135% of the federal poverty guidelines.
The program offers:

EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, the Township Transfer Station will be open
THURSDAYS & SATURDAYS FROM 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. **PERMIT REQUIRED**
FREE DAYS IN 2022 - SATURDAY, JUNE 18 & SATURDAY, OCTOBER 1
WINTER RECYCLING
Go to the Oceana County Recycling Center located In Ferry Township on M-20, 5.5 miles East of Oceana Drive.
Hours are 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Approved Budgets for 2022/2023 [General, Road, Fire, Cemetery, & American Rescue Plan (ARP)]
-Helping households connect.
Those eligible for the program include, among others, anyone who experienced a substantial loss of income in 2020, those who qualify for SNAP benefits or the free and reduced school lunch programs, and households with incomes at or below 135% of the federal poverty guidelines.
The program offers:
- Up to $50 a month discount on service and associated equipment
- Up to $75 a month discount on for households on Tribal lands
- A one-time discount of up to $100 on a tablet, laptop, or desktop computer
